Our task was to design the first ever onboarding process for a process management tool called Hailer. Our task was to improve its user experience. As a team of three we conducted benchmarking, arranged user testing, suggested usability improvements and created a concept with all of our findings and preliminary research.
Working on the project gave us insight into onboarding best practices and different process management softwares. We were able to improve our overall user interface design skills but especially design thinking as a tool.
