Client: Sintrol, 2020
Our task was to implement user experience improvements on our client’s multilingual website. We began by benchmarking the client’s competitors, creating journey maps and conducting UX tests. After this we moved onto users, analysing results and problem solving. Most of the problems were fixed directly on the website. In addition, the client was also given a list of things to consider in the future.
Our focus in the project was on the Finnish and English websites. One of our challenges was that the aim and content of the pages were different. In addition to improving our problem solving skills and user experience knowledge, we learned more about WordPress and how multilingual pages work.
